Rules to follow

  • Each employer undertakes to use the credits only for the people within their company, and not for a third party.

  • Each employer and/or self-employed worker undertakes to assign access credentials (username/password) to the registered individuals on a personal and individual basis.

  • Each employer and/or self-employed worker undertakes to ensure that the person logging in and following the training is the actual person concerned (identity fraud is prohibited).

  • Each employee/individual undertakes to be the person actually concerned when logging in and completing the training (identity fraud is prohibited).

  • Each employee/individual undertakes to use the credentials provided by the employer for themselves only.

  • Each employee/individual undertakes to follow the dedicated training and not to use the materials for any other purpose.

  • At registration: a commitment charter must be signed by the employer / self-employed worker.

  • Before starting the training: a commitment charter must be signed by the person taking the training.

As an employer, I undertake:

  • to use the credits I purchase only for the employees of my company, and not for any third party

  • to accept the general terms and conditions of sale as defined on the website www.passeportsecurite.nc

  • to assign access credentials individually and personally to the registered individuals

  • to ensure that the person logging in and following the training is the actual person concerned (no identity fraud)

As a self-employed worker, I undertake:

  • to use the credits I purchase for myself only

  • to accept the general terms and conditions of sale as defined on the website www.passeportsecurite.nc

  • to use the credentials issued in my name for myself only

  • to be the person who logs in and actually follows the training (no identity fraud)

As an employee, I undertake:

  • to use the credentials issued in my name for myself only

  • not to use credentials that do not match my name (no identity fraud)

  • to be the person who logs in and actually completes the training behind the screen
